Warranty framework
- The warranty period is 6 months from the date of purchase for shoes only in season and at full price.
Products purchased on sale are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase (For the avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that "sale" is defined as shoes purchased at a discount exceeding 20% and/or models that at the time of purchase are in the sale category on the site and/or as part of a promotion or campaign in which discounts were given and/or end-of-season promotions.)
The Company undertakes to inspect and repair a product during the warranty period and within the framework of the warranty, if necessary, within 14 business days from the date of receipt of the product at our disposal - for the avoidance of doubt, it is the customer's responsibility to transfer the product to the Company's disposal in order to allow the Company to handle the product in accordance with the warranty framework and as stated below. The Company will not bear the cost of returning the product to its offices .
- If the defect in the product (which is within the scope of the warranty) cannot be repaired, a product replacement or a credit/refund certificate will be offered, depending on the circumstances.
We promise to do everything we can and know to help and provide the most professional response.
Limit of liability
The company's liability will not apply in the following cases:
Wear, abrasion and rubbing on any part of the shoes after using the product are not considered manufacturing defects and are not the company's responsibility.
If the defect is a defect in the appearance of the shoe (such as dirt, stains, etc.), it is the customer's responsibility to inform the company of this within 2 business days of receiving the product. Claims regarding a defect in appearance that are submitted to the company after 2 business days of receiving the product will not be accepted, and the company's liability will not apply to these defects.
"Discomfort" after using the product, except when it results from a proven defect in the shoes, does not in itself constitute a defect and is therefore not the company's responsibility.
A defect in a product that was caused intentionally as a result of use or negligence and/or use of the product or its parts that is not reasonable and normal.
A defect caused by treatment by a party not qualified and approved by the company (for example, a private shoemaker)
The defect was caused by the use of unsuitable cleaning materials.
For the avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that the Company's liability and obligation are limited in any case to repairing the product and/or replacing it and/or providing a credit voucher and/or refund, as the case may be, as stated above. In no case will the Company be subject to any liability of any kind, and it will not be charged any payment in connection with the product. The Company will not compensate, in any case, for direct and/or indirect damage and/or for incidental financial loss and will not bear any other liability, whether express or implied, that will be incurred directly and/or indirectly as a result of the use of the product.
Shoes Webstore Ltd. (hereinafter: "the Company") undertakes to ensure the repair of any defect in the footwear products sold at the Company's points of sale (including telephone and the Company's website), which results from a defect in the material or the manufacturing process, during the warranty period and subject to reasonable use of the product, the warranty limit and on condition that the product is returned to one of the Company's stores upon presentation of the purchase invoice.
