Transaction cancellation and return policy

The provisions of this policy are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.

An order placed on the site may be canceled before it is sent to the customer – without additional charge. The funds paid, including shipping fees (if paid), will be refunded in full.
Returning a product after receiving it will be possible up to 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that the product is new, unused, not damaged or spoiled, and in its original packaging.
The company reserves the sole discretion regarding the condition of the returned product.
The refund will be made to the original payment method, according to the credit card company's schedules.
Products for which no monetary consideration was paid (such as gifts, special offers, vouchers) are not eligible for a refund.

You can return a product in one of the following ways:

By courier – at a cost of 25 NIS.
Self-pickup – return at the company offices, 77 Ussishkin St., Ramat Hasharon.

Subject to meeting the conditions for return, a cash credit or website credit will be given:

Monetary credit – will be refunded to the original payment method.
Website credit – will be given in the amount of the purchase (minus the cost of shipping), valid for two years from the date of issuance.

Non-returnable products : According to Ministry of Health regulations – underwear, including socks.
Orders placed using a Gift Card – in the event of a return, a credit will be given to the website only.
The Company reserves the right to limit or block the execution of orders for a customer whose return pattern is unusually high, at its sole discretion and without the need for prior notice.

Business days are Sunday through Thursday (inclusive), and do not include Saturdays, holiday eves, and Hol Hamoed.
